Q What happens if my inbound flight is delayed?
We track your flight via real time flight tracking of all major airlines. If your flight is delayed or cancelled we’ll know about it as soon as you do and make the necessary scheduling changes so that your ground transportation will be there waiting for you when you arrive at the airport terminal.

Q Do I need to schedule in advance?
We recommend that you schedule 72 hours in advance, however we will also do our best to meet your needs even when preplanning is not possible.

Q Do you travel outside the state of Indiana?
We carry a Federal Interstate Passenger Transport License and we are licensed for operations within a 300 mile radius of the greater Indianapolis area.

Q How many passengers can share the ride?
Depending on the amount of luggage you have, we can accomodate up to four adults. With full luggage we can normally accomodate up to two adults and two small children or three adults. Please let us know what your requirements are and we'll do our best to accomodate your specific needs.

Q Is smoking and alcohol allowed?
For your safety & comfort, we do not permit the consumption of alcohol or smoking in our vehicles.

Q What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance incur no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment there may be a 50% cancellation charge.

Q I live outside the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Do normal rates apply?
Please consult our Service Area & Rates page for specific information on rates from outlying areas.

Q Is there a charge for wait time while I attend a short meeting on the way to my hotel?
Our fee is based on $60 per hour, including wait time.

Q What kind of vehicle can I expect?
We always exclusively drive a late model Chevy Tahoe LTZ All Wheel Drive vehicle.

Q Are you insured?
Absolutely. We are required by the Federal Government to carry $1.5m liability and property loss insurance coverage. Our passengers and their belongings are 100% covered against any loss that is ourresponsibility.

Q Do you supply any ammenities?
To preserve the integrity of the vehicle and your safety we do not supply any ammenities.

Q I have oversized luggage. Is there an extra charge?
If your luggage fits in the vehicle there is no additional charge for non-standard sized luggage.

Q I have a pet. Can I bring it along?
Yes. We do however require that the pet be kenneled.
